Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen is a family-owned business serving locally-sourced, healthy foods. We share Bambuza's values of integrity and stewardship and were excited to work with them on the tenant improvements for their restaurant in Concourse E of the award-winning Portland International Airport. We built out the space, which was designed by Neil Lee at LEEKA Architecture + Planning. Collaborating with interior designer Dyer Studio, we incorporated decorative salvaged wood door panels and other creative reuses of salvaged materials into the space. Photos by Meagan Larsen.
