Green Hammer Design Build is honored to have been selected as a Real Leaders Impact Award winner for two years running. The Real Leaders Impact Awards program ranks the top companies leveraging the engine of capitalism for greater profit and greater good. Green Hammer was recognized alongside world-renowned sustainable business leaders such as Patagonia, Vestas, Seventh Generation, Fully, TerraCycle and Portland's very own Elephant's Delicatessen. 

There's the Inc. 5000 and the Forbes 500. The Real Leaders 150 ranks positive-impact companies across the globe. The Real Leaders Impact Awards utilize the B Impact Assessment, the impact standard developed by the nonprofit B Lab and used by more than 50,000 companies globally, as a way to credibly assess the holistic impact of companies. To qualify for B Corp certification, a company must score 80 or more points. Green Hammer scored 126. We received high marks for occupational health and safety and worker communication, as well as civic engagement, local economic development, and minimizing our environmental impact through our building practices.
