Green Hammer is proud to be among the 2020 Best Green Workplaces in Oregon. The 100 Best Green Workplaces are determined by an anonymous employee survey and an independent assessment of the employers’ sustainability practices. Employees are asked about how the company is doing in 11 areas of sustainability, including rewards and recognition of employee efforts toward sustainability goals, waste reduction and energy and water conservation, efforts to use use non-toxic, natural materials, and efforts to incorporate sustainability ethics into the organization's services and products. 

A certified B Corporation since 2017, Green Hammer is continually seeking ways to improve our business operations so that we can become an even bigger force for change in our community and the world. And thanks to programs like the Best Workplaces in Oregon and Best for the World (managed by B Lab), we have ways to measure the impact of those actions, which in turn motivates others to do the same.
