Corey is an architect who is committed to creating vibrant, equitable and resilient communities. He began collaborating with the Green Hammer team in the spring of 2016. A registered architect in Oregon since 1996, Corey has worked on a wide range of high-performance building projects. Over the years, Corey has partnered with many Portland-based firms including Nathan Good Architects, which designed one of the first net zero energy homes in Oregon. He has completed many home renovations and new construction projects, which most recently includes a compact cabin on Mt. Hood, a single-family home overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and a unique new tasting room for Fairsing Vineyards. Throughout this time, Corey has maintained a small solo practice under the name of Limitless Blue Architecture & Sustainable Design that's focused primarily on new homes and remodels.
Corey strives to design homes and workplaces that are healthy and inspiring as well as durable, resource efficient and cost effective. Through his work, he is helping people develop a deeper connection with the natural environment.
