Anne Zuercher

Project Engineer
  • Anne Zuercher

Anne sees great potential in the green building industry’s progression toward regenerative buildings and cooperative lifestyles, which she tries to integrate into her work and everyday life.

With a passion for conservation and a genuine interest in how people live and dwell, Anne has been pursuing design, building and craft in the Pacific Northwest for over 10 years. After completing a Master of Architecture degree in 2011, Anne moved to Portland to explore new rural/urban/wild environments, to be part of the region’s innovative building industry, and contribute to a strong local economy. Anne joined Green Hammer in 2018 to challenge herself and those around her to create healthier, higher performing buildings.

As a project engineer, she wants to learn from and help progress performance standards and energy goals, as well as the company’s integrated design-build process. Anne sees great potential in the green building industry’s progression toward regenerative buildings and cooperative lifestyles, which she tries to integrate into her work and everyday life.

A Halloween baby, Anne is an avid bike commuter and yogi. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her working on home projects, sports training, experimenting with food and planning her next excursion. With the Camel as a spirit animal, she always longs for the next exploratory journey and finds great comfort in the joy of being a part of what’s happening around us.
