Hannah Wallace interviews Bill and Barbara Steele, owners of Cowhorn Vineyard, about their Living Building Certified tasting room in Southern Oregon, designed and built by Green Hammer. While no other tasting room in the world has yet to achieve this type of rigorous certification, other industry leaders discuss the various environmental considerations they are adopting on their own vineyards.
